

ABOUT CHEF ANTHONY
Since a young age, Chef Anthony had always dreamed of becoming a chef. Growing up Anthony loved cooking in his home kitchen with his dad. From Sunday sauce to summer BBQ’s, Anthony experienced first-hand the inner workings of cooking at home. Chef Anthony graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2016, where he gained knowledge and professionalism with cooking. In his classes, he trained under many chefs and learned many cuisines such as Asian, French, American and Mediterranean. He has 10 years of culinary experience with 5 years of experience cooking as a private chef. He has worked at some of Long Island’s prestigious catering halls and country clubs.
Anthony’s passion for cooking has led him to advance his expertise in the private chef industry. He specializes in Mediterranean, Italian and French cuisines. He cooks for high-net-worth clients in the Hamptons, creating personalized menus for daily meals. Chef Anthony sources his ingredients from local farmer’s markets, butchers and fish markets. His farm-to-table style cooking is highly recognized by his clients. He’s accustomed to cooking elaborate dinner parties for his customers in the Hamptons. From birthday parties to wedding anniversaries, he will create a personalized menu and event that celebrates these occasions.
When Chef Anthony is not in the kitchen cooking for his clients, he enjoys going to NYC to try different restaurants and seeing the new trends. Also, he likes going to farmers’ markets and sourcing ingredients to cook meals for his family and friends.
